The goal of the training course is that, after its conclusion, participants will:

     Understand and be able to use and operate with proficiency in all functions of V-Cut.

     Self-read drawings, programming and processing on actual products of the company.

     The result of the final exam at the end of the course achieved the average score of theory and practice ≥ 7

The training course includes three main contents:

  1- Training theory:

     Safety training and precautions for machine operation.

     Understand machine structure, function and working principle.

     Programming and modifying machine parameters.

     Maintenance training and maintenance.

  2- Practice.

     Practice drawing programming.

     Processing V-Cut all profiles on actual products of the factory.

Workmanship tests are carried out with actual factory products from simple profiles to complex profiles. As a result, all trainees programed and operated the machine, with 5 out of 5 students achieving an average score of 7 or higher. After the course, staff participated in a discussion, comments, and sharing of experiences and notes to ensure the quality, performance and efficiency of the work, from which a public plan will be built. production process and improvement.
