Grand Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Hayen Corporation - Three Decades of Pioneering Progress

The event brought together all the employees of the corporation, along with important guests who had accompanied and supported Hayen during its early challenging days, as well as former employees who had spent a significant amount of time with Hayen. It was not only a milestone celebration in the history of the corporation's development but also an opportunity for different generations of Hayen to come together, meet, share, and bond.

The event was organized in two separate stages, creating a day filled with activities and emotions for all the participants. The grass field area was decorated magnificently with arches and large inflatable balloons, where intense and thrilling matches took place between internal teams of the company. The team-building activities helped connect individuals and departments within the corporation, fostering enthusiasm and a sense of unity.

The banquet hall area was the venue for the main activities of the anniversary celebration, decorated in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in activities such as taking commemorative photos at the photo booth area, admiring the colorful flower logo display, visiting exhibitions showcasing the history, culture, and notable events of Hayen, and enjoying a tea break.

The opening of the anniversary celebration featured a speech by Mr. Dương Văn Hùng, CEO of the Hayen Industrial, and the opening of a dream box to commemorate the 25th anniversary.

The emotional highlight of the event was the dialogue session between representatives of different generations of Hayen, with the presence of two Co-founders:

Mr. Phạm Ngọc Bái (Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hayen JSC)

Together with long-standing employees from four sister companies:

Mr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng – Workshop 2, Tân Hà Phát Factory

Mr. Hoàng Văn Long – Customer Service Department, HYI

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Việt – Marketing and Market Development Department, Hayen Corporation Office, HYC

Mr. Lưu Vĩ Toàn – Floor Plan Design Department, HYS

And representing the younger generation of Hayen, Ms. Đặng Thị Thủy – Accounting Department, Tân Hà Phát Factory.

During this session, many memorable stories from the past were recalled, and there were numerous emotions, advice, and heartfelt sharing among the generations. Hayen expressed its gratitude and honored those who had accompanied and supported the company during its early challenging days, recognizing them as "Timeless Faces" who had been with the corporation for over 10 years.

Next, CEO Ms. Nguyễn Thị Lan Anh shared her emotions and words of gratitude, acknowledging the achievements that the collective efforts of Hayen's employees had accomplished, as well as encouraging and inspiring the Hayen teams to continue their efforts in further growth and development. With her 30 years of dedication to the development of Hayen, Ms. Lan Anh received many expressions of gratitude and congratulations from both Hayen's employees and former members.

An important part of the banquet was the program called "The Dream Box." Ms. Lý Phương Nguyên from the Marketing Department of HYC and the Internal Communications Team shared the contents of the dream box from the 25th-anniversary celebration and invited everyone in the hall to continue writing dreams for Hayen's 35th anniversary. The "Dream Box" for Hayen's 35th anniversary was a meticulously designed, creative, and beautiful concept by the Communications Team.

Finally, a birthday celebration took place, where the members of the Board of Directors and guests came on stage to perform the ritual of toasting and cutting the cake, symbolizing the joyful and warm start of the party.

A remarkable highlight that left a lasting impression on the attendees was the performances by the cultural and artistic groups from the corporation's four sister companies, contributing to the grandeur of the program. To achieve such a result, the performing members dedicated themselves enthusiastically and persevered in rehearsals for several weeks.
