On May 6, 2023, at the Soviet-Vietnamese Friendship Cultural Palace, the Hanoi Confederation of Labor organized a ceremony to honor the Excellent Workers of the Hanoi 2023, aiming to recognize and show appreciation for the dedicated workers who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in their production labor.

From the 29th of January - the 4th of February, Hayen delegation visited and worked with customers and strategic partners in Japan. After nearly three years of the Covid-19 epidemic, when business interactions cannot form face-to-face. Now that the world situation is functioning normally again, Hayen also promotes activities of meeting, exchanging, and connecting with customers and partners.

Joining the atmosphere to celebrate the new year, on January 7, 2023, Hayen Corporation held a ceremony to summarize production and business activities in 2022. Also, set the goals with clear directions and strategies for 2023 with the theme "Common goal – Belief together - Overcoming the storm".

On December 13th, 2022, all members & associates of the company were gathering to celebrate the 29th birthday of Hayen in joyful atmosphere spreading all over the air.

April 6th 2022, Hayen Corp has organized an event of "Empowering authorization to execute the operation of cooperate office" in strategy of powershift to subsidiary generation.

On April 29, 2021, the Confederation of Labor of Bac Tu Liem District has rewarded title of " PROFICIENT WORKER" to Mr. Hoang Tien Dung – The Leader of Production Technology Department, Tan Ha Phat factory, Ha Yen Corporation.

Over 27 years development, Hayen has owned a 15000 m2 factory and been a being strategic partner of hundreds global suppliers.

Contributing to the success of the project, besides the project management board, there are many other contractors involved and interact with each other, if this coordination is not synchronized, nor timely, nor towards the common goal of the project, it will eventually lead to the ineffectual implementation of the project.
