Modern life with high-tech equipment, machinery, and means ... was born to serve utilities in human life and work, but become the cause of more CO2 emissions into the environment. school. CO2 is the main cause of the Greenhouse Effect. Equipment using gas fuel, during its operation, will emit CO2. In which, notably is the industrial kitchen equipment in the kitchen, restaurants, hotels, canteen ...

Wishing to join hands with the world to reduce CO2 emissions into the environment, Ha Yen builds the project "Provide a package of industrial kitchen equipment solutions according to ESCO model for business units serving food and beverage in Vietnam ”with the aim of providing a full package of industrial induction cookers to gradually replace industrial gas stoves at the culinary service business locations.

In addition to protecting the environment, the induction hob also brings many direct benefits to users thanks to its intelligence as well as helping the investor to save 34% of operating costs compared to using gas stoves. Despite receiving many benefits, the biggest barrier for users who are in need but still cannot convert is due to: Vietnam has high initial equipment investment. Ha Yen's project is the perfect business solution to completely remove this barrier, making kitchen appliances from industrial coverage faster and easier to use.

With the advantages of the project, customers do not lose initial investment costs, can use smart, safe, convenient and more efficient devices and save an additional cost from fuel each month. Therefore, when launched to the market, the project has attracted a lot of attention from owners of restaurants, hotels, canteen and chefs and many other individuals working in the industry. F&B.

The project is one of 32 projects receiving comprehensive support from VCIC and was honored to be in the top 17 best projects to receive financial support and accompanying services in the contest "Proof of ideas. 2nd ”(POC2) organized by VCIC in mid-2017.

Accompanying Ha Yen from the early days of project construction, VCIC has provided important support in helping Ha Yen to complete the project description, providing valuable advice for promotion and trade building activities. brand in the industrial kitchen equipment market as well as consulting and answering technical difficulties during the construction and implementation of the project. Besides, VCIC has helped Ha Yen successfully mobilize sponsors to develop her project.

Recognizing the very active support from VCIC in the process of building and implementing the project, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dai - Sales Director of Ha Yen Joint Stock Company said: “Professional advice and programs VCIC's training for Ha Yen is extremely valuable.

The Center has helped Ha Yen improve the action plan and overcome some difficulties encountered in the implementation process such as: partially supporting the project implementation budget to minimize risks for businesses. , training for businesses to manage and use capital effectively.

In particular, during the implementation process, VCIC's project staff have closely followed instructions, support and supervision for the project to be deployed conveniently and ensure the required time. These precious supports and companionships have helped Ha Yen strengthen to steadily expand, accelerate and speed up the transition from using gas to electromagnetic equipment at industrial kitchen.

After 18 months of implementation under the support of VCIC (starting from December 2017), the project has obtained remarkable results. In the framework of the ESCO industrial induction cooker project, there are 16 out of 43 projects implemented, reducing 1 billion VND 116 million in energy costs equivalent to reducing 121 tons of CO2 emissions into the environment.

In the process of using industrial induction cookers to replace industrial gas stoves, the end user, besides saving at least 44.6% of energy costs, also directly cuts C02 emissions equivalent to about 121 tons (2 times the number of KPIs on C02 emission reduction of the original project)

The industrial electromagnetic stove project has affirmed positive benefits towards three target groups (users, business enterprises, and society) through the positive assessment results from users. . In more than 43 projects using industrial induction cookers that Ha Yen has provided, more than half are pioneering units in the business and manufacturing sectors in Vietnam such as Sumitomo, Shimizu, Phuong Dong Hospital, Hong Ngoc Hospital… etc.

With her efforts as well as the support from VCIC and international organizations, Ha Yen firmly believes that the project will create great values in contributing to the response to climate change and bringing the more and more benefits for customers.
