Hayen Corporation organizes a series of activities to summarize the business operations in 2023 at its sister companies

The schedule was as follows:

• January 23: Summary meeting at Hayen Corporation Office.
• January 25: Summary meeting at Tan Ha Phat Factory.
• January 26: Summary meeting at Hayen Ind Company.
• Due to some objective conditions, HYS Company will conduct the summary after the Lunar New Year holiday.

The main content of the meetings included:

• Report on the business operations of each company in 2023 and the strategic context and orientation for 2024 by the leadership representatives.
• Recognition and rewards for individuals and departments who made contributions in 2023.
• Speeches and sharing of desires and guidance from the leadership to all employees.
• Review of the top 10 remarkable events in 2023 for the entire Corporation.

Through these meetings, each member of Hayen Corporation gained a comprehensive overview of the overall operations of Hayen as well as their sister companies. This helped them understand the achievements, challenges, and opportunities that 2024 brings. From there, each member could evaluate their position and responsibilities in the comprehensive picture of the Corporation, fostering a sense of autonomy, and personal responsibility, and creating unity and readiness to support each other in the common goal.
