With the desire to create more opportunities to connect, meet and exchange information with partners in the industry, Hayen organizes a series of training activities for dealers. Hopefully, through these sharing sessions, Hayen can provide useful information to better support sales, installation and maintenance of equipment at partners. The training series is organized online via Zoom and is expected to have one session per month with different topics.
On the afternoon of June 2, 2023, the first training session took place with the content focusing on the group of Asian Kitchen equipment (Wok range) with blower line 900. The presenter was Mr. Le Van Thien - Head of The Product Development Department R&D of Hayen Corporation. At the first launch of this seminar series, the Organizing Committee was honored to welcome the participation of more than 20 dealers nationwide.
At the beginning of the program, Mr. Thien spent time introducing an overview of the brands, corresponding product lines and brand/product positioning strategies of Hayen along with general assessments of the current situation of Asian kitchen equipment in Vietnam market.
The main content of the program, Mr. Thien shared detailed information about the line of Wok range with blower line 900 of 2 brands Ha Yen and Master FLAME.
At this part, participants were provided information in 2 parts:
Parts 1: Introduce specifications - features of equipment. This content part focuses on sharing outstanding features that help sales staff have a deeper understanding of equipment to increase consulting efficiency for customers. Part 2: Guide how to read and understand specifications, requirements for premises, installation sequence, operation instructions and go through some basic errors along with how to adjust/handle and fix errors. This content will support a lot for technical staff to have more knowledge to perform correctly and fully operations during installation, warranty, maintenance and repair of equipment.
After that, Hayen also performed actual operation on single Wok range with blower equipment line for participants to observe visually.
The program ended with a game to review general knowledge. In which, a representative of AVC company dealer in Ho Chi Minh City excellently won with an accuracy rate of 72%. To achieve this result requires listeners to pay attention and focus on listening, gathering information. Hayen will send a congratulatory gift to this excellent member.
The opening session of the Dealer Training series organized by Hayen ended successfully with most participants paying attention until the end of the program.
