Ha Yen organized a tour and career orientation for children in SOS Children's Village Hanoi.

In the morning of November 7, 2020, Ha Yen in associate with the Management Board of SOS Children's Villages Vietnam to organize a visit to Tan Ha Phat factory in objective to orientate future career for students from grades 9 to 12 of the Village. The 50 people delegation including students and officers of SOS Children's Villages Vietnam.
The tour includes 3 main activities:
• First activity - Visiting Tan Ha Phat factory: The delegation divided into 2 groups to move under the guidance of THP officers. The delegation visited and learned about the production process and production management of the factory.

Second activity – Sharing career orientation and answering questions:
In this part, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh – Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the company, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy – Chief of Office – shared experiences to help them orient their future careers.
- The third activity – Experience lunch at the factory: The children had a chance to experience a lunch with Tan Ha Phat's employees at the factory's canteen.
At the end of the visit, the children were extremely happy as they understood more about the actual working environment at the factory. Through the sharing of the leaders and employees of Tan Ha Phat, the children also began to shape the jobs that could be suitable for them. Who knows, young visitors today may join the Tan Ha Phat family in future.
