Hayen Corporation 2022 Year-End Party

The year 2022 ends to mark a tumultuous year of the Vietnamese market as well as in the world, and Hayen is no exception. The extension of the global pandemic and the volatility of the world political economy bring us challenges but also opportunities. Therefore, the Year-end party of 2022 is held for all Ha Yen employees to look back and evaluate the activities in the past year as well as listen to the orientations, and directions for the upcoming year from the Board of Directors.

The event is combined with many activities for the employees of Hayen Corporation:

The Year-end Ceremony started with the performance of the song "Việt Nam trong tôi là" performed by the voice of Mr. Duc Cuong from Tan Ha Phat.

The ceremony was held with the presence of members of the Board of Directors and a large number of Hayen employees from 4 companies. Especially, the ceremony is also connected online with the Service team at the construction sites Phu Quoc, Quang Ninh, and Da Nang projects and the HYS employees in HCM city.

At the beginning of the program, the Chairwoman of the Board - General Director - Founder of Ha Yen, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, on behalf of the Board of Directors, delivered a speech to summarizing the operation results in 2022 and setting goals for 2023.

 Following the program, Ms. Nguyen Mai Dung, the representative of the Administrative-Legal Department of the Corporation's Office - read the Decision to reward employees and collectives with achievements in 2022.

The Representative of the Board of Directors - Mr. Duong Van Hung announced an important event that will take place in 2023: The 30th anniversary of the establishment of Hayen Corporation.

After these sharings, Ms. Ly Phuong Nguyen - Marketing Department, Business Development & Marketing Department - shared Ha Yen's 30-year identity image and serial events that come after to celebrate the Hayen 30th anniversary that will take place in 2023.

At the end of the program is a Reviewing the 10 most remarkable events of the company in 2022 along with awards for the 8 best participants in the contest "Composition of symbols and themes to celebrate the 30th anniversary" of Hayen’s establishment.

The event concluded with performances from Hayen’s members that bring a warm and joyful atmosphere.

The year of 2022 has passed and 2023 is coming with a parallel of both opportunities and challenges. With solidarity, dedication, and effort, Hayen "warship" will cross the sea.
